If the promo code has expired, you won’t be able use it. If a promo code is offered on the Vinny's Takeaway Georgetown pty LTD and can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of the promo code, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promo code. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Divalinas are unable to accept international orders, and convert any prices to international currencies.
We use paypal and Eway for credit/ visa/ master card transactions. We do not accept cheque, money order or direct deposit. Please contact our Customer service team if you have any questions about invoicing and payment for goods.
We work hard to rectify any issues you may have, so please contact us first via email so we can assist. If you choose to complain using our Facebook/instagram/twitter/pinterest social media sites, please note these complaints will not be responded to and will be deleted and/or hidden. The only way to have your complaint handled effectively is to contact us first via email.
Sizing will be represented in Australian sizes on the Divalinas website. Each size and product has been reviewed by Divalinas and sizing determined using size guidelines prior to being put online for sale. We will not take any responsibility for the incorrect size chosen by the customer. You can return the item for a refund, but please note the postage paid to return the item will not be reimbursed. We do not consider sizing a fault i.e.: if the customer believes the size is not a true size 12.

Accessing and using our services binds you by the terms and conditions of this agreement. When using our services, you are subjected to our guidelines and rules. If you are not in agreement with this, please do not start any transaction. Please note that the size guide is only a guide/suggestion and we will not assume liability/responsibility for incorrect size purchases.
Your order/s will not be processed until we have confirmed your full payment. In the event that we cannot clear your payment, your order will be automatically cancelled.
